We only work until Thursday every other week. We distribute working time so that every other Friday becomes an additional day off.
Your know-how helps us move forward. That is why we also support you with professional development programmes — from language courses to CAD training.
We provide a basic set of workwear for employees in the joinery and production departments. The basics, such as jeans, polo shirts and jumpers, are part of a specially designed collection.
Christmas party, summer party and more. There is always something to celebrate. And that is what we do. With pleasure. As often as we can. And of course across all locations.
On request, there are three freshly cooked dishes from a local tavern to choose from for lunch. We cover a large part of the costs for this.
We promote sustainable mobility. And help to organise car pools. For long journeys, there is also the option of using our own fleet of electric cars.
If required and where possible, we offer employees accommodation. We are currently building new residential units in Fladnitz so that we can react even more flexibly to future demand.
Exchange between the Josef Göbel locations is very important to us. That is why we have created the opportunity to move between the locations for a limited period of time. For example, to relocate from Fladnitz to Vienna for six months or vice versa.
Where possible, you will work on exciting projects with an international reach. This not only allows you to broaden your horizons, but also to gain valuable experience in a global context.
