We only work until Thursday every other week. We distribute working time so that every other Friday becomes an additional day off

Your know-how helps us move forward. That is why we also support you with professional development measures — from language courses to CAD training.

Workwear

We provide basic workwear for employees in carpentry and manufacturing. The basics, such as jeans, polos and sweaters, are part of a specially designed collection.

Events

Christmas party, summer party and more. There is always something to celebrate. And so do we. Gladly. As often as possible. And across locations, of course.

Regional food

On request, there are three freshly cooked dishes from a local tavern to choose from for lunch. We cover a large part of the costs for this.

Communication between Josef Göbel locations is very important to us. That is why we have created the option to switch between locations for a limited period of time. In other words, to move professionally from Fladnitz to Vienna for about six months or vice versa.

Living and Working

If necessary and whenever possible, we offer employees accommodation options. So that we can react even more flexibly to demand in the future, we are also currently building new residential units in Fladnitz.
