Project Info

The Hochreiter Forest Park on Teichalm has evolved from a traditional snack station into a contemporary nature adventure park. It is a place where both children and adults can immerse themselves in nature, pleasure, and adventure. The Pretterhofer family has a clear vision: a sustainable, year-round destination that imparts forest knowledge in an engaging way while redefining outdoor recreation.

Natural. Sustainable. Adventurous.

The heart of the project: an impressive tree house with spectacular views of the Hochlantsch. Light-colored wood materials create a warm, modern atmosphere, while well thought-out architecture allows for both play and relaxation. The new restaurant with toddler area and slide combines enjoyment with family friendliness, while the newly opened lumberjack trail offers adventure for young and old. And the vision continue s to grow, always with a focus on closeness to nature and high-quality design.
